Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying SyllabusAI Pro. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

7-Day Full Refund — First Purchase

If this is your first Pro purchase (monthly plan), you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Just email us from the address associated with your account.

How to request a refund Email support@syllabusai.net from your account email with the subject line "Refund request". Include the plan you purchased and the approximate date. We will confirm and initiate the refund within 1–2 business days.

After the 7-Day Window

Once the 7-day window has passed, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You can cancel at any time and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for — you are never charged for the next cycle after cancellation.

There is no pro-rated refund for partial months. Cancel when you no longer need Pro and you will not be charged again.

Cancel Anytime

Cancel from the billing portal linked inside the app (Settings → Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; your Pro access is not cut short. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the cycle unless you are within the 7-day window above.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Billing is handled by our merchant-of-record payment processor; processing times are outside our control once initiated.

Exceptions

We review refund requests outside the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis for situations such as accidental double-billing or verified technical failures that made the service completely unusable. Email support@syllabusai.net and describe the situation — we will always try to do the right thing.
